The pomegranate is a long standing symbol of fertility; widely considered to have originated in Iran and has been cultivated since ancient times. Most aspects of the pomegranate come to symbolize something for its shape, color, seeds and juice.
At Oregon Reproductive Medicine, we’re showing our support by participating in “The Common Thread Project” (TCTP), a movement created to subtly connect those who have struggled or are working through fertility complications by tying a simple thread around the wrist in the color the pomegranate fruit. By wearing the simple thread you can show your support and hope of success.
“Tie on the tread because you’re note alone. Wear, to make aware” from TheStirrup-Queens.com Infertility Common Thread Project.
