As our Bellevue location closure coincides with our new off-site cryostorage partnership, we’re reaching out to notify you of some options regarding your long-term specimen storage. We guarantee the safe transfer and storage of your lab specimens (eggs, sperm, or embryos) with every option provided.
Off-Site Storage Powered by TMRW
Unless otherwise communicated, all Bellevue patient specimens will be transferred to our network partner, Pinnacle Fertility’s new off-site cryostorage powered by TMRW without charge.
If you prefer not to have your specimens transferred to our upgraded off-site facilities, you can select one of the options by emailing [email protected] before Monday, January 1, 2024:
- Relocation to ORM's Portland Location: Secure transfer of your specimens to our Portland facility at no cost.
- Transfer to Seattle Reproductive Medicine (SRM): Continued care with Dr. Amanda Hurliman at SRM, with complimentary shipping of your specimens. (Note: SRM will not accept specimens created before June 2019).
- Care Outside Our Network: Option to transfer care and storage to a non-Pinnacle clinic at your expense.
