What to expect

Existing patients

Existing patients check your email (and spam) for your personalized link to our new portal registration!

**You should have received an email with the subject ‘ORM Patient Portal Registration.’ You’ll need to register through the link in that email.

Once you have registered your portal account, you will receive another email with confirmation.

Review Portal Profile

Log in to review your information

Please log in to review your information to ensure everything that populated in our new system for you is accurate.

  • You will be able to take photos of your current IDs and insurance cards, access your lab work, cycle information, financial information, consent forms, education material and more.
  • Patients with upcoming New Patient Consults, please complete your medical history intake form, upload photo ID and Insurance Card prior to your appointment.

Partners

Please note that both partners in a couple will need to create their own separate username/logins and portal profile.

  • Each partner must have their own email address, as the same email address cannot be used for both accounts. Instructions will be sent to separate email addresses. If you receive this message twice and/or your partner did not receive this email invitation, please contact [email protected]. to set up a separate email address and account for your partner.
